COVID-19 - LIFE UNDER ORANGE TRAFFIC LIGHT SETTINGS
At Totara House Clinic, the safety, health and wellbeing of our patients and staff is of utmost importance to us.
Under the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system) everyone coming to our clinic are required to:
- Wear a MEDICAL GRADE MASK. We will provide one for you if you don't have one. (This includes children over the age of 12). We also have masks for children if you would like one.
- SANITISE your hands with our alcohol based hand sanitiser on entry and exit to our clinic.
- We ask that you maintain physical distancing (2 metres apart) while in the waiting room.
At present we are not allowing anyone to accompany you to your appointment. Where a carer is needed (for example a parent of a child patient), this must be limited to one support person.
Thank you so much for working with us and keeping everyone safe!
